Wayne Miller, Vietnam Veteran

We stayed there, and then the next morning we were coming back in, and we were coming through Motor Alley...and there were - this is what I was told - mortar rounds landing. It blew my left leg completely off and my right leg was severely hit - just meat and haning together. My right hand was severed almost completely, and I had shrapnel in arms, legs, chest, back. And I was paralyzed from the neck down.
